First Time?
Thanks for stopping by our site. If this is your first time stopping by here you should find just about everything you might want to know about us.
We are a body of believers in Jesus Christ who love God and love people and are compelled to take the life changing power of Jesus Christ to our world. We desire to see you not only enter into a relationship with Jesus but also to discover your God given gifts and talents and use them to help others, glorify God and further His Kingdom. It is our purpose to help you get there.
We currently have two major gatherings per week. Sunday morning at 10am and Wednesday evening at 7pm. As you surf the site you can find more details on those and other happenings here at BCC
Finally after visiting us here we hope you will come out and be our guest in person sometime soon.
This is how you can usually expect our Sunday morning Gathering to go. We say usually because we try not to keep things too routine.
We begin with A Time of Worship ~ Our time together begins with a time of praise and worship to the Lord with music and singing. Feel free to sit, stand, sing, lift your hands, clap, or just listen. If you don’t know the songs you'll find the words on the big screen and we’ll sing them through a couple of times – and don’t worry, we didn’t know them at first, either.
We follow worship with A Time of Prayer ~ At the end of our time of worship we enter into a time of prayer. The pastors and others are also available after the service to pray for any needs you may have as well. Just let one of our pastors or greeters know.
After prayer is A Time for Giving ~ You knew this was coming right? This is a time for the church body to worship God financially. It is a way to give back to God for His provision and to help to get the Gospel Message out to our world. If you are a guest, please don’t feel you have to contribute.
Next comes The Greeting Time ~ We will take a break and get together over coffee, tea and pastries. This allows us time to meet and welcome our guests, catch up or build relationships. The coffee may not be the best, but the relationships are.
After the break we return to our seats to hear our pastor bring us A Biblical Message ~ A time of teaching from the Bible with application for your life which is always encouraging, and sometimes challenging. Our pastor likes to use video, music, props and humor to help us better understand and apply the Word of God to our lives.
Communion ~ We take communion together once a month. The ushers pass out communion while we are seated and we partake together as our Pastor leads us.
