Our Name
The name Bethany Christian Center comes from the book of Luke, Chapter 24, verse 50, "When He had led them out in the vicinity of Bethany, He lifted up His hands and blessed them". Jesus made many visits to Bethany as he found great hospitality there. It is our desire for all who come to feel welcome and be blessed. The use of Christian Center was chosen because it is our desire to be a place of Christian activity and hospitality. It is also in tribute to a ministry that has been very special to us over the years.
